The show is talk format, featuring host Rick Fairless, his long-time buddy Joe T. Moore, assistant Meghan DeFreeuw, and radio show producer Lee Harris. Together the group discusses the motorcycle industry, current events, sports, and whatever else comes to mind. Each week the group also interviews industry big shots, such as Dave Perewitz, Kim Suter, Nick Messer, and Donnie Smith. With regular features, such as the Top Ten List, the weekly Pamela Anderson update and call-ins from Rick wife, mom, and buddies, the show is comedic and rarely ever politically correct.
